Design and development of custom furniture for Incu Retail Stores across Melbourne and Sydney.

Working with Akin Atelier the Incu Retail Stores utilise an understated palette of raw materials and neutral tones. While each store uses different applications, they simultaneously create cohesion. Fixtures and displays are developed as visual cues to guide clients though the micro-departments of each store.

Challenge

Architecture’s and Interiors studio Akin Atelier approached Skeehan Studio to design custom ottomans to be used across a range of Incu Retail stores.

Solution

We designed and developed the NAVE Modular Ottoman by responding to the material palette and specific user needs of the Incu Stores. This created a cohesive environment, bridging the gap between furniture and its surrounding architectural details.
